“For the most part, I am happy with the service at this clinic, however, I have found that instead of putting the script in to the pharmacy is only entered after my pharmacy is closed for the day. My pharmacy closes at 6:00pm. There is absolutely zero reason to wait to enter a script which cannot be filled the day of my appointment after my pharmacy has closed when my appointment is at 8:30 am . I have called multiple times this has occurred and been promised to have it fixed but it still happens.”
