“Outstanding customer care and professional service by Dr. Anna Irwin and her medical staff at Clearway Pain Solutions during my initial visit on 24 Jan 2025. I was greeted with a warm welcome during each stage, from Tiffany (check-in), Reggie (medical asst), and by Dr. Irwin. Tiffany was very professional and explained everything that was required at check-in for the initial visit. Their sign in process using the office tablet worked great and is the way to go I must say. After completing check-in, Reggie led me to the exam room where she was very efficient in taking my vital signs and preparing additional paperwork that was needed. Finally, the care that I received from Dr. Irwin was outstanding. She explained my symptoms by using a visual aid which greatly helped me to understand my current condition, and the treatment plan going forward. I'm highly confident that I'll be back (no pun intended) to enjoying my active lifestyle again by following Dr. Irwin's recommend treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Irwin and her staff at Clearway Pain Solutions. Definitely 5 Stars!”
