“First initial visit went well and the doctor was very adamant about figuring out how to help me and I was very appreciative. Unfortunately, yesterday I had an appointment that was cancelled due to a doctor being sick. These things happen, however I did not receive any communication regarding this. I showed up for my appointment early to check in at the front desk and was scoffed at as to why I was even there. The lady I checked in with was trying to help me to understand what happened, while the other lady at the front desk sat there and was just sitting there running her mouth about how she called everyone, left messages etc. I received no phone call whatsoever or would never have shown up for an appointment and would have rescheduled it. This lady was completely dismissive that I could have not received a phone call. The lady who was checking me in then asked if I could wait for a possible appointment today or would like to reschedule. The other lady, at the front desk goes why are you trying to help him, we are already backed up as it is. For someone who had already had their last appointment cancelled and now this one was a giant gut punch when it is already hard enough trying to get help for chronic pain, to hear this is demoralizing. When you are dealing with pain and are in need of assistance, you should not be met with constant resistance of how not to be able to treat a patient. I am very hesitant to return to this office as MY experience has been very unprofessional.”

“First appointment. A real pleasure from start to finish! Phone was answered quickly, my info collected and just by luck I was able to get an appointment same day. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, Christina the nurse took me back on time and took additional info, she had already gathered previous mri's and info. I didnt expect them to have all my records on such short notice. Met with Dr. Fadayomi, he spent the time to listen and didnt rush me. Got a plan together and scheduled a procedure. Very satisfied, look forward to working with this office and Dr. Fadayomi.”
