“I've been beyond disappointed with this company. The care isn't collaborative, I don't feel like I'm a part of my own care. The doctors and NP's don't listen, they infantilize patients (though I'm a professional and researcher)/ it didn't matter, they dismissed my symptoms and concerns. They treated me like I was a drug addict. I was villainized by this company after a urine screen from a medication prescribed from a doctor at this company. They then had to apologize for the mistake because they didn't read my chart and communicate with the team. The only doctor who treated me with care and respect has been Dr. Fairfield- the surgeon who did my injection (I think that's his name). He redirected the NP when she attempted to dismiss my symptoms and concerns and stood up for me. If you have an opportunity to work with him he is the epitome of excellent care and the one good thing about this place. I've been with this company for 2 years and have had no relief, worsened pain, and now medical trauma. I absolutely dread coming here each visit because I know the outcome- I won't be listened to, I'll be dismissed and I'll get no support with pain relief. I've finally got my PCP to refer me to a different company. These people don't care about patient care and definitely not making sure you are a part of your own care team, listened to, or understand and feel supported. Their bedside manner is nonexistent and you're treated basically like a patient mill, no individualized care. Unless you want to experience medical trauma, go elsewhere. They don't even help with the one thing they specialize in.”

“Dr. Spinks from the Atmore location has been very professional , caring and right to the point. I love his mannerism and the fact that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to his Job. I'm blessed to have him for my Dr. The nurses are friendly and caring, explains everything clearly and shows genuine concern. On my Dec. 18th visit there was one lady that entered my room without saying a word, she just got what she was looking for and left, still without a word. Before this visit everybody that entered would always introduce themselves and what they were about to do, only this time did this one lady say nothing, I thought it was rude of her but I just brushed it off because she may have been a new staff member. Overall I'm sincerely satisfied with the sincere care of every staff member. The only thing I wish could change is being able to get through to the facility without having to drive all the way from Brewton. Trying to get through is tough at times. Other than that, I have no complaints, sincerely recommend this facility in Atmore Alabama.”

“They cut off self pay patients without notice! Completely cruel, unethical and dangerous when dealing with controlled medications! You also have to fight just to get through their call service... (the call service personnel are usually rude and are very clear they dont care about the person on the other end of the line!!!!) to be able to talk to a LOCAL in office person who knows what the heck they're doing. Absolutley disappointed in this place and how they've treated my husband who was a long term patient!”
