“The Doctor is pleasant and the treatment received was good but the customer service and getting access to my own records and notes from my treatment there has been horrible. After attempting to receive my own notes from my treatment there received over two months ago, I was informed my notes would be available in a few weeks, the notes were never sent to the VA upon completing my treatment there. I then went through the Va to have him request them on my behalf and for days they sent fax requests with no answers. The Va finally called the clinic and asked them about the requests for my progress notes and they told them it would take weeks (2-3) to be sent to the Va. I have been done treatment at the clinic for two months now. Would not recommend unless you absolutely have no other choice. Still waiting on my progress notes from treatment.”
