“Liars. They are no longer same group. Now bunch of lazy liars. They just want your money. The reason why Medicaid doesn't pay because this is one awful place. They take money and don't even give meds. They told me so many lies. I am so glad I am leaving. Found a better office. So happy be out this office. No I was not discharged. Left of my own choice. This place going get shut down. Every time patients get upset and angry the office goes south and closes up this office is on its way. The new place is awful. This place went from beat to worse. I found two other providers. Stood for 15 min while woman at front desk played on her phone. The old office was so much better This place is starting be hard to fill scripts and the staff has been told to tell patients whatever lie keeps them quiet. They lied to one patient he didn't get his medication for over a week. They want your money they are lying when say they may take insurance and appeal in place. All lies. They figure people will keep coming and paying the $300 bucks month. Run!! Find another office before you are without medical care from providers give out meds that make us sick when without. Goodbye Felicia!!!”

“Regarding new office 10/16/25 see mixed reviews. I think they are one of best pain offices around. Things happen beyond their control but they go over and beyond what most offices would do. left review but dont see it now. I dont understand why not 5 stars. I am a cancer survivor and have pain from the treatments also have other pain issues. I have been in PM since 1999. I have been to many over 26 years and this office is the best one yet. They listen to the patient but they dont over prescribe. They do monthly urine screen. Never bunch people waiting. Staff and providers all five stars. Need PA it is done faster than any doctor office. If you suffer from pain and it is taking away from your life do yourself a favor and call this office.”

“I had a shocking experience at Frederick clinic today. As both a patient and a healthcare provider myself, I've never encountered such poor care. Unfortunately, I'm not yet in the right state to share all the details, but I'll return to write a detailed review once I've recovered. Suffice it to say that I've never been treated so unprofessionally. To make matters worse, they're now seemingly looking for excuses to discharge me. I'll be sure to share more about this unacceptable experience publicly and more. However, I must note that not everyone at the facility deserves criticism. I highly recommend provider Katie, who changed my life. After 9 years of living with chronic pain from my previous back condition, she was able to control my pain. Kathy listened attentively and made me feel very comfortable. Her exceptional care and compassion are a testament to the impact a dedicated healthcare provider can have on a patient's life.”

“In a time in history where our government has over regulated and over reached with regulation. This opiate crisis was allowed by them. Make no mistake. 100,000 people died of fentanyl poisoning last year. As they alllw our border to remain open and flooded with knock offs people are NOT over dosing. They are being poisoned. I have been going to Chronic Pain & Wellness for ten years. I am grateful they stayed open, hold patients accountable without treating them without dignity and allowed people like me. A mom, a wife and business owner. To legally take medication that allows me to still have a quality of life and not be in constant pain all the time. They Drs I have had are like therapy sessions for me. They care and ask questions and remember details. I feel respected and not made to feel " less then" for needing to be on medication. I wish I did not. But I do. I love the girls behind the front desk and they always make me smile.”
