What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. B was excellent. My spine has been giving me issues for years and most doctors push expensive procedures right away. He didn't do that, which actually shocked me at first due to previous experiences. He actually listened, explained my options, and focused on what would really help me instead of what would make the most money. It's rare to find someone that honest in this field. Highly recommend.”

“Update it's about to be 2 weeks and they finally called back to have me come in again but an hour and a half away. They wanted me to get injections which was news to me. I have turned this is to the Texas medical board because the refusal of treatment and the lack of communication is dangerous. Especially with someone like me with an autoimmune disease that causes reactions like I had. Then they lied and said the other doctor will call something in. Which again was a lie. They called just now and said the other doctor decided not to but they never told me that. This is dangerous for someone like me. I had a whole allergic reaction and not one of them cared. The day that I had an appointment I got there took a drug test and when the doctor came in he made a comment about how I was too young to be in pain like this. From the very start I was judged. Luckily I record all of my medical appointments so I don't forget what my doctors say considering I have a rare autoimmune disease that causes these issues so I need to know and understand how to help myself during these flares I have. Well had an allergic reaction to a medication here and called right away. I was told something would be sent in, but nothing ever was. I waited all weekend without any real guidance, and when I followed up again, I was told to wait another 24 hours for a call that never came. Even today, after calling to check, I found out nothing had been sent in at all. What hurts the most is that I've been honest about the medications I take and have done nothing to deserve being treated like this. Instead of support, I've been met with delays, broken promises, and judgment. Being ignored during a medication reaction is unacceptable and made me feel unsafe and dismissed as a patient. What's even crazier is that I've been waiting since June when my original referral was sent. This all could've been avoided if I was called back after my referral. Now they just excuse the fact that there is not treatment for me. They want me to come in and get a procedure done but now I don't want to because I'm sure I'll be met with push back and I'm not trying to stay in a constant state of pain with no treatment.”

“For a long time I wasn't able to sleep but maybe 3 hours a night, do what I want, or enjoy my active lifestyle due to chronic pain. When I found out I have some injuries to my spine Dr. A and his amazing staff have relieved so much of my pain and I regained my active lifestyle. I am back up have been able to do many of the things I enjoy again. I'm no longer severely sleep deprived and best of all I feel rested! I highly recommend Dr. A and his staff!”
