Thank you for taking the time to explain these things! Super nice and caring!!! Plus we didn't have to wait for hours in the waiting room exam room with a bad back like with St. Luke's back doctors. Edit and update: I was there two months ago where Dr Vaughan did a needling process in my neck. This procedure is not a once a done process and they never scheduled follow ups or asked how I was doing. I have quit a few injections that did not help so he decided he wanted to try it in a different place. I tired to make an appointment but the front desk people said they had to get prior authorization and they would call. Never did. There was one front office person that was really rude too. I just went somewhere else. They did t seem to want my business.”
