“If there were zero stars I would have chosen that. My primary referred me to this physician back in 2021 after I got T-boned by a truck, have a broken back causing severe chronic neuropathic pain. Dr. Caldwell lectured me for 2 hours on two subjects: That I he would not be giving me any narcotics (I did not ask for any) and then started in about the pain being in my head and on and on and on. He was arrogant and condescending. I've been a nurse for 50 years and never experienced anything like this. I left, called Mayo Clinic Division of Pain medicine and I got the most amazing respectful attention to my painful broken back.
