“Dr Lam is great. His support staff is less than caring. We needed to get a nerve block scheduled. The doctor wanted here in withing the next day or 2. 13 days out is the "soonest" we can get you in. My 89 year old mother has been coming in for this issues for over a year. Her pain levels have reached unbearable levels. The schedule clerk could care less. We will be looking for a new doctor as well. Thanks for not helping.”
