“Doctor G is awesome however his office staff need some education on dealing with people. His office people seem shady. The guy who is the office manager, and the receptionist made me sign a blank form telling me it was a "consent to treat" then later put that piece of paper through their printer and changed the text saying that I agreed to be discharged as a patient. No explanation, and then physically blocked me from talking to the doctor to ask him why he wouldn't treat me anymore. Despite repeated requests for an explanation, they refuse to return any calls or messages and faxes demanding an explanation.”

“The lady at the front desk is rude and the wife of the doctor who lies to him and the Dr tried putting me back on a medicine the I react to horribly and didn't document it and then tried to put me back on it and was co fronted and he had a baby fit and took me from 6 pills a day to 2 a day then demisssed over his own mistake. I say this place is a joke”
