“Waiting 2 hours after appointment and no doctor. This is a pain clinic, it hurts to sit/stand for more than 10 minutes. This place is suppose to help people in pain. The staff let us know we were next after an 1 and half, "the doctor just went next door to do a procedure, your next, trust me he's worth the wait." Then more waiting. About 10 minutes before I left, I heard them laughing next door. Leaving the receptionist told the doctor we were leaving the doctor doesn't apologize or acknowledge the delay. I can see you know if you want.”

“I thinks it's crazy how they can charge you an arm and a leg for a less than 15 minute visit (including wait time) but the DR can't even call the patients back in regards to important questions tied to their visit & service. Front desk lady says "DR's don't call patients" as if we are less than human yet they get paid ridiculously & can charge crazy amounts for office visits which is essentially just them giving you medical opinions. CHI as a whole continues their horrible professionalism & reputation out here yet again. 1st time I've dealt with them and will definitely be the last.”
