“Dr. Prasad, you're awesome, so compassionate, and you have such a big heart. Chris and Ashley are amazing, and they do their job well and I would give all of you a 10. They also treat your patients with dignity, respect, & compassion. But Eli is very rude & disrespectful & far from compassionate. You know that I've always got along with your staff until now. He hung up on me twice right in the middle of my sentence, he told me that he was working on the letter for my surgeon for 2 weeks and after calling several times to get that letter and hearing his promises of working on it, his 1st excuse was because he was thrown into the middle of chaos, then he tries to tell me that they aren't allowed to give me any pain meds!? and lastly, he tells me that my surgeon's office needs to call him and then when they first called, he wouldn't answer the phone!? When Ashley was in the middle of scheduling my next appointment, he called her into his "office" to teach him how to do something as if I weren't standing there discussing a date for me to come back and that was very unprofessional. If he hangs up on your patients like he did me, or picks up the phone and never answers but immediately puts you on hold, talks down to them like he did me, as if he is better than others, you are going to lose more patients than just me. I honestly don't know why you didn't offer Chris or Ashley that position because it seems like Eli's position has gone to his head. I was an office manager for a few years and I would have been fired if I did all of that, but then again, I would never treat people the way he did me. He didn't bother to tell you the TRUTH about why I was having to call over & over again. I'm not sure what he told you but of course I'm going to keep calling when I get upset because he hung up on me or he is not doing what he promised. He is also making the rules as he goes along because he was telling me that the surgeon can't give me a stronger pain med after surgery but I looked it up and called a pharmacist and that is not the law and it wasn't a problem with your office sending a letter over for the 2 surgeries I had before this one and they were able to give me the appropriate amount needed according to what they had to do, & sadly, this is by far the worst painful surgery out of them all but now all of the sudden, Eli's law says that they are not allowed to give me anything. It breaks my heart to leave but I will not be treated that way when I am a paying customer. And it's really sad that I, the patient, humbled myself & apologized for reacting the way I did on Monday when he was so rude and his response was, "oh well, we have our days" but he never acknowledged nor apologized for the way he was treating me. I will miss the 3 of you and your kindness. Thank you for taking care of me all of this time, you really did an awesome job.”
