Patient Testimonials

possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The doctors are all on vacation and no one is there to cover. What are the patients supposed to do, go into withdraws? The staff could have cared less. I also work at a doctor's office, and this is the worst patient care I have ever had to experience. do you really leave your patients high and dry??

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in healthcare and until today our office would refer to his office. Our office received a call from a mutual patient ( we referred the patient to him) telling us that yesturday they went to his office to get a refill on a prescription and was told that both providers in the office were on vacation and to call their primary care doctor to see if they could fill the medication. This is where I get involved, when patients get referred to a pain management doctor they often times take controlled substances and have to sign agreements that they will not get medication at any other place. I called Dr Jollu's office because it's against the law to not have a covering physician especially when patients are taking medications that if not refilled will end up withdrawing from. I spoke to I believe Doris and she was very rude and made every excuse in the book even blaming the patient------- like she should have known that he was on vacation. I hope other physicians out there see this and stop referring to this Dr because this office is a joke. They all lack empathy and compassion.

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional person ever. Told my grown up attorney daughter , she will just have to deal with some pain in her life before she got dismissed from a 12day stay in the hospital after having aseptic meningitis , offered No sympathy, no alternatives or pain medicinal relief . Just sent her home with her head feeling like a pressure cooker that was going to explode .

Saw Dr Jollu for about 8 years n had no real complaints. In early 2024 he started reducing my pain meds (75mcg Fentanyl Durgesic..used for about 8 years by then, have had Fibromyalgia since 2001) down to 50. Next month to 25mcg but not giving me anything to compensate. I thought I might need to see a Cardiologist for problems with my heart racing n asked to keep it at 50mcg til then. No deal. N no substitute. We had a few words n he ordered me out of his office. I ticked him off when I asked if he'd ever had Fibromyalgia. With FMS comes an anxiety that pain n fatique make worse. I wound up in the ER a week or so after no meds...heart racing at about 113 or so..sitting still. Have a valve problem. Was down to less than 100 pounds by then. So...just because Fentanyl was coming across the border...WHY punish those taking it legitimately? And nothing to replace it?? Not honoring that 'do no harm' oath drs take. Would not recommend him!!
