“1st visit the appointment dates were screwed up. 2nd visit went to office on 1st floor and was told to go to 4th floor then directed back to 1st floor. 3rd visit went to office for 1.30pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to confirm insurance etc. Then got parked in a room from1.20 pm until 2.55pm and no Dr.... I am in pain with lower spine or wouldn't be there. Asked lady at desk outside room when I would see him and she said he still had other patients ahead of me. 5 minutes I left and demanded my co'-pay back. Talk about a circus. This Dr zand staff could give any true circus a run for their money.”

An hour later the nurse said she would check on how much longer, add 30 minutes to that hour and was told there was 2 patients ahead of me. I left and will not schedule another appointment for a doctor who does not have a care for the patients time.”
