I went there referred by my doctor with excellent health insurance and they refuse to even give me a consultation unless I signed a piece of paper saying that I would pay out of pocket if my insurance denied paying and then spent the next half an hour trying to talk me into opening up an old workman's comp claim that's been closed since October of last year they didn't care about the pain that I was in.
