“I was referred to Dr. Mark Chan by my primary physician. The referral was faxed over, and I confirmed with his office that they received it. They assured me they would review the case and call me to schedule an appointment. However, I never received a call for more than 2 weeks. When I called today to follow up, I was told they would not be accepting my case without any explanation. This was despite being told earlier that Dr. Chan is still accepting new patients. The entire experience has been exceptionally frustrating: there was zero communication, no courtesy of a follow-up call, and no transparency about why my case was being refused. I've been left in pain, discouraged, and unsure of what to do next. I cannot recommend Dr. Mark Chan based on this experience. His office's poor communication and abrupt dismissal of my case without explanation reflects very poorly on patient care.”

“I had an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes. Mark Chan during our minimal interaction seemed like somewhat of an ego maniac. Starting with the character of himself as bulldog and continue if in our appointment. He only offered one solution to a pinched nerve I had in my neck and he told me how good he was. He did not show me anything on my MRI and he did not want to talk to me unless I was going to schedule an expensive inpatient procedure that required me to be put under.”
