“Dr. Pandya is really nice& i love how he talks you thru every step on the procedure. He's the only reason I'm still coming. The PA's seem like they don't want to be there, they are in& out, asking& giving the least amount of info and solutions. I have to do alot of research, follow up & calls on my own to get things done. There is poor communication, I should be given information on procedures & given an option. I've been waiting on an injection since August. I've had to call insurance on my own. Insurance asked for PT, they weren't even going to make the referral until I insisted. They always claim they didn't get paperwork after multiple resend. They don't return calls or follow up, even after a procedure. I could go on& on. But it doesn't seem like the goal is healing or helping, rather more of collecting payment.”

“My experience at Centurian Spine Pain Management was nothing but unpleasant. I would highly recommend choosing another option vs this practice. Both the staff and doctor lack communication in both speaking/ understanding the needs of their patients along with the communication they share between one another. I went there multiple times for a consultation and saw the nurse practitioner soliloquy (who doesn't put notes in your chart) she recommended a nerve oblation. She said someone would be calling to do an MRI for my shoulder, the next call i got was the office to set up the procedure. A shock to me having not had the MRI and the office not speaking with one another. I should have looked at this as a red flag. Not listening to my instinct I went along with what they said and scheduled the procedure, since they are supposed to be the so-called "experts". The day of the procedure, I asked about the sedative that they said would be available. It was nowhere in my chart, even though I had spoken to Selathia and the scheduler about it three times. They did end up giving me alprazolam, (which I ended up not needing for what I had done). This brings me to the day of the procedure. I finally met Dr. Pendaya for the first time. First impression: he seemed very nice, but spent less than 5 min talking to me about the procedure. I only asked how he finds the nerves, & he said they have a screen they can see, and there is only 1 nerve in the scapular area so he can't miss it. I was then brought into a room and they gave me a shot of lidocaine to numb the area, then just a shot of some sort of cortisol steroid shot. It was over, and he was out of the room before I could even say anything. So, I came out of the room very confused and spoke w/ the office manager, Andrea, (should not be allowed to even speak to a patient her tone and dismissive attitude prove you need a good representative as a face to your business). Then both she, and some lady at the desk said no one ever told me that I was getting a nerve oblation - it was a nerve block. (Which, on my intake paperwork, I had said I had before and didn't work). Instead of someone saying "I'm sorry, let's figure out where the miscommunication was", they told me that Salethia was seeing patients as was Dr. Pendaya, (and it was his birthday, so he was trying to get out on time". If it's your birthday and you need to schedule the day off due accordingly but as a doctor and someone who is suppose to work for care that is a huge red flag. At that point, I lost it, said they obviously didn't know what they were talking about and left. They later called me to dismiss me as a patient because of my behavior. These people are careless, callous and obviously there is absolutely no communication. I am glad my body and my health are no longer under their care. Please pick someone else vs wasting your time and health at this office you deserve better.”

“Centurion has to be the best spine center on the East coast, Tammy in the Pooler office works miracles, I swear salaethia got me in, addressed my concerns. Ordered my meds and got me the shot I needed in under one hour. That's just unheard of, she works, as does there whole staff. I'd recommend this office to any and everyone in need.”
