“I had a referal and medical records for my genetic issues since 2001 showing all treatments and drs and every report...the new patient office lady never called me. I came into the office to be told she was on vacation! So for a week nobody handled her stuff! I finally came in and got to talk to her. She said: my records were not written clearly enough for her to even read, which i brought in disc form typed but she never even looked at either! She wouldn't let me even see the main male dr that everyone said was compassionate. I saw him in the hall and tried to ask him to book me,but this crazy new patient lady jumped in front of me and completely blocked the dr. She told me the dr was busy...when the dr actually smiled at me and took 2 steps toward me by the left counter. The dr looked so embarrassed that this sraff lady did this: both arms sticking out like a basketball player! I have xrays,ct,mri that show all my injuries and even diagnosed at san fran genetic hospital! The bloodwork is full proof as well! There was an actual review here that said to go ask the dr directly for an appointment and dont even deal with new patient lady! So it was clear that this office lady was aware people were told NOT TO DEAL WITH HER! This was in 2020... This office lady is NOT A LICENSED DR!!! SHE HAS NO TRAINING OR STATE LICENSE TO DIAGNOSE OR REJECT PATIENTS! THAT IS NOT HER JOB!!! SHE HAS NOT BE TRAINED NOR STATE BOARD CERTIFIED TO DIAGNOSE OR REJECT PATIENTS WITH PAYING INSURANCE AND TESTS!! I WAS GOING TO SAC STATE FOR LICENSED DERMATOLOGIST MD!!! I KNOW THE BOARD OF CALIFORNIA! IVE HAD MEETINGS WITH THEM! THIS OFFICE LADY IS OPERATING OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF HER PRACTICE/ LICENSE... ILL BE RECORDING HER NX TIME FOR PROSECUTION. THIS CANT GO ON....”

“Stay away from this place this is just a money, Mill, and a pill mill. They cancel and reschedule your appointment for the same thing numerous time over just so they could charge insurance company. Two nurse practitioners there seem to be extremely unprofessional and only focus on generating money and not taking care of people just by the way to cancel and reschedule the same appointment over and over. On two occasions I was there right by the exit door I've seen cockroaches on the ground. Stay away from this place.”
