I also explained how I struggle with my hearing and asked if the drs wear masks. She said they do. I explained that I am extremely hard of hearing and I lip read. Brooke told me she can ask the drs to speak up. I asked for an ASL interpreter. She said that it is my health insurance to provide one and not the office. I asked for the office manager name and number. I was given a bad phone number. If you are deaf/hard-of-hearing avoid this practice .”
