Being new to Central Oregon, I needed to establish with an office, so I did a google search and found Central Oregon Spine & Sport. The scheduler I spoke with was very helpful, easy to talk with and had excellent customer service. My first visit did not disappoint. All office staff are kind and respectful and Christy Barlow is amazing. She is attentive and professional. When the conversation surrounded my issue, she provided a treatment option with an honest opinion of what else might be going on and her thoughts of what would be next if I don't get the results we are hoping for. Christy is "real" and laughed with me when discussing how I ended up in Central Oregon from the valley. She made my visit very comfortable. I am so thankful I chose a Central Oregon Spine & Sport to evaluate and treat my SI joint pain.

My doctor sent a referral there. They said they could get to my neck injection right away, When my saif Claim was approved, They would not even return my representatives phone calls. I have tried personally to call them at least 15 to 20 times with no answer and no return phone calls. I have basically given up on these guys. I have no idea how they can run a business. With the people they have in their main office very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My wife has been going here for a couple years now, so I thought I would see if they can help me with my back issues. Due to insurance requirements, they have to perform test injections before they can perform the nerve ablation. My wife has been through a few of these, so I am not completely ignorant of how it works. Unfortunately, the test only makes the pain much worse. When they contact me the next day, I tell them that the pain is much worse, but the person on the phone did not believe me when I told them it was worse. I chose not to go through the rest of the procedure. The primary issue isn't that the test injection didn't work. It seems like they have dumped me as a patient. I had some MRIs performed and was supposed to have follow-up appointments. However, I have heard nothing, and it has been two weeks since the scans. Sadly, this is where our health care system is going. The providers are being paid less and less, but they have to bring in the clients to pay the bills. If your body doesn't respond how they need it to, you are out the door.
