“I found this office to be very unorganized. The scheduling is terrible. Girl tried to set me up in a surgical center under anesthesia to just receive shots I was supposed to have in the office. Appointments delayed literally months for their mistakes. God forbid you have a life and have to change your appointment it becomes the end of the world, they no longer have appointments and will call me when they have something. My schedule is not that flexible, I'm home 6 days a month. It's been 3 months that I have wasted with no resolve and going to have to start over somewhere else. 10/10 highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“The office staff and Dr Creamer were friendly, but I got several treatments and none of them did anything. The injection I got was not only expensive and useless, but also disruptive as I had to be put under and the anesthetic used seemed to leave me worse than any other I've had. And to top it all off their billing is a mess, sending me multiple payment requests months after the actual treatment itself and refusing to accept my HSA card for no clear reason. Overall just a waste of time, money, and sanity.”
