What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Not only are the two front desk girls EXTREMELY rude, but they act as if YOU are bothering them by being there. This office also discharged my mother for having things in her system that were given at the hospital a few days prior. Every time I've been in the office the staff weren't very welcoming or comforting at all.”

“The doctor here started talking to me and I put down I used weed on my paperwork, I didn't lie about it, no point in lying. He then said no card no medication. I said ok then I asked a question. He started to berate me, didn't answer my question then started asking me questions. I said you sat here yelling at me about a card for no reason, I never asked him for medication, he did ask me about my medication though. It's all in that thing of paperwork you had me fill out. All he had to do was read it. I wasn't planning on coming back after he berated me over using weed without a card. I won't have a problem getting 1, I do have more than 1 qualifying condition, but JC, don't be so unprofessional by loudly yelling at someone because they don't have 1. I really don't think you should need a card to smoke a joint. You don't need 1 to drink alcohol. Alcohol is so much worse. Thing is I didn't have a issue about getting a card or the medication he wasn't going to give me. I'm still not going to a doctor that would berate anyone. Then he tells me he's trying to help me. Ha! No he wasn't, but he'll think he was. Maybe he should have thought about checking his big mouth instead. Don't let a doctor berate you because they don't like something you do. Pain management took away my anxiety medication so I use weed instead now. Making calls about an mmj card tomorrow or Monday and looking for another pain management doctor that doesn't act like this guy and is more Professional than this doctor. No point in seeing a doctor if he won't answer a simple question and berates you.”

“Office staff, if you want to call the rude girl at the window is horrible. The medical staff the doctors the nurses the PA are all wonderful. They need to get rid of that girl at the front desk. They're gonna lose a lot of business. People are coming to you for pain and you gotta deal with a rude nasty child. that doesn't smile and only complains about everybody”

“This company is so lazy all the responses are generic!! The rudest front staff!!!!! I took my mother there a recent amputee and we traveled over an hour to get there we rolled in 8 min late. My mother apologized for being a little behind and the lady behind the desk didn't even say hello. She proceeded to condescend to her and berate her about how big of a deal it was she is 8 min late. What she said wasn't wrong we were late, but there needs to be a level of respect and dignity offered to your patrons(the people they serve). It was one of the rudest encounters I have ever experienced. If she is not able to act professional and treat people with dignity and respect she shouldn't be sitting in the front.”
