“I have been a patient since 2018. The past two years have been awful, but nothing compares to what I've experienced since January 2024. I have called last three months for my prescriptions. They failed to get prescription called in three months in a row. All new staff and no one returns a phone call. Again today, the message line for the nurse says the Mail Box is full. My daughter had to go in last month and talk to office manager and I finally got my medication that day (6 days without my medication). They treat you like a drug addicted. I'm 65 years old and retired. If it weren't for my medication I'd have to have surgery. Shame on this very unprofessional and poorly ran place.”

“Notice: BEWARE of DONNA FRASIER- acts like a correctional officer! Ok --- I sought help for pain while having 6 orthopedic surgeries ( 2 knees, 2 hips, and 2 shoulders). One mistake, and I was put on probation. This is fine- discharge the patient - not place a patient on criminal probation. What makes it worse is that she pulled my pain meds before the third surgery! No problem, I discharged myself and went to Roanoke to see professional pain specialists !!! This was the BEST decision I made--- now on my last surgery and life is good. This pain center is the horror story that people talk about. The one mistake was a false positive drug test that they would not let me immediately re- test. I don't drink or use! Why not the discharge?”
