“The staff understood my needs and fear of being awake during a procedure , I asked to be put under and even though it wasn't a procedure that you typically would be put under for, They understood my fear and the Staff and anesthesiologist decided it would be best if I did get put under to calm my anxiety. It was a pleasant process. I didn't feel any pain .All of my anxieties were put to rest. I wasn't in any pain after the procedure and I appreciate all the staff, especially the girl who did my IV who got it in in one try. I have very rolling veins and that wasn't an issue for her. She was professional and took care of Me. Dr. Maxfield is highly qualified. He's the only doctor that I like to see there because I feel so safe in his care.. I appreciate the time that they take to make sure that you are comfortable and their staff is always professional.”

“I thought the Hobart location was horrible. And I actually wished I would have listened to my friend who left this clinic and went somewhere else. We had discussed a care plan that the N.P. didn't follow herself. She said she wanted to see if the injections worked and decreased my meds. Well, first, she decreased my meds, which left me in tremendous pain. I asked for her to give me back my gabapentin and muscle relaxers, she refused. Not even being fully aware of my multiple conditions. I was scheduled for a procedure early morning. I woke up to a flat, I couldn't change the tire because I was already in pain, and it was freezing out. Even if I could I didn't have a spare or anyone to fix it because I'm not working. So, I rescheduled my appointment until my daughter could get it fixed for me. I messaged for a refill and got a generic response saying I had to wait for my appointment with my provider. I have no appointments with witch is what I messaged. I get a response full of crap talking about how I broke our treatment plan because I missed my appointment. I call b.s. our treatment plan was broken when she said it. I've been going through this mess since both my "DR.s" left. I don't want to see anyone who will cold heartedly leave their patients in tremendous pain. How do I leave a zero for care and concern.”

“The staff at the LaPorte location have no compassion and it shows that most of them are just there for a paycheck. Most of the doctors have a terrible attitude towards the patients and only care about the billing concerns. The doctor I seen was rude and not at all concerned about how I felt as a patient. Honestly I would not let them treat my pets. I am seeking treatment else were, unless I can get into see NP Chelsea Dalton, she is a real doctor and cares for her patients. The others need to take lessons from her or go work at McDonald's”

“I was all psyched out for more additional pain. After living in a level 8 pain for so long pain is just a everyday issue. Dr.Maxfield and staff said it was going to be all right. That I would have some minor issues. So far better than before. I have noticed I still have issues trying to stay standing upright. But generally better than before”
