“I was referred to Dr Rosenberg in July, no contact from them until Sept. I had called a couple of weeks after the referral and they responded by saying they are still reviewing my information. In the Sept conversation I finally got my appointment for Oct 10 and the documents I needed to fill out prior to the appointment. Filled it out and returned a few days later. They waited until 1 day before the appt to let me know they didn't take my insurance. With this I told my wife, if the front office is so careless with this I would hate to have to see the billing and finance operations. I guess I am lucky not to see this doctor.”

“The nurse practitioner was nice. Received orders for an MRI. Had my MRI and called to make sure they got my results at the same time I did. The front office said she would not check to see if they had them because "if they ordered them they will get them". I never heard from them again until 6 weeks later when they called asking why I hadn't had an MRI yet. Very very difficult to maneuver through the process of even getting a live person on the phone. I had an appointment with another surgeon before they ever even called me back.”
