“My fiance has went here for years and never had a problem like he has today. He has major back and leg pain from past injuries and is on pain medicine has been for years and it helps him be able to function with out hurting as bad . His new prescription was due last week he called to let them know to call it in never heard anything back till yesterday said they would fill it today when he went for his apt. This morning they said they didn't know what happened but they would send it in electronically. so a few hours later he called to see if it was ready it still hadn't been received they had everything else but that so we called left messages and then the receptionist said the other Dr had to send it in and he has still yet to hear back from the nurse or have his medicine. It's ridiculous how long it takes to hear back from them and it should have been sent in last week on time but they would rather their patients suffer. Never had this problem with Dr kumar or malayal. He is very upset and hurting and thinking seriously about going to a different establishment.”
