“This place is a scam! 1. Appointment Delay: The doctor was 35 minutes late for my appointment. When I arrived, the previous patient's appointment has NOT even started... This indicates extremely poor time management. 2. Outdated Facility: The furniture and equipment in the office seemed outdated and in need of maintenance, which affected the overall experience. 3. Inaccurate Diagnosis: While the doctor was friendly and talkative, his medical knowledge is poor. I came in for a consultation about left hip pain but was given an MRI referral for my left shoulder instead... 4. Billing Issues: I was shocked to receive a bill that was over 10 times higher than expected. Reaching the billing department was challenging since only one person is working for billing and she's out of office half the time. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told the issue was due to my insurance. I later discovered that the doctor is not in-network with major insurance companies like Anthem or Cigna, despite initial impressions given over the phone that they were. They are only in-network with something called Multi-plan, which led to much higher costs for me. Conclusion: Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this practice due to lack of transparency and issues with both service and billing.”
