Patient Testimonials

I've finally been heard and listened to!! My previous provider was very good, but for the last few years as my pain has increased and my mobility is more challenging they weren't offering any answers. I was becoming an invisible patient. To have a nurse practitioner that's never met you be courteous and empathetic was very refreshing and encouraging! I have hope now that my quality of life will be better from here on.

I appreciate the difficulty the front office had with the noise level and trying to call patients. They ought to get combat pay!!! Maybe some nicely worded signs might encourage patients keep their voice down. Just a thought! The young lady that called back me back had a pleasant smile despite the confusion. I didn't get her name but I appreciated the smile! Shelby was my nurse practitioner and she didn't seem happy about being there. I expected a warmer more inviting welcome because that's what I get with Dr Walsh. I felt rushed! My pain level was 7 when asked. I had to ask her to repeat the information about my medications. I wanted to make sure I was taking them correctly. Yes, this was my first visit. She also explained their procedure regarding epidurals. I look forward to a more caring follow up appointment!

The experience I had was so great. The doctors are very informative. Plenty of options based on your daily life. They make you feel like a person and not just a number, very kind, polite and there wait time is amazing I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to live a better life free of pain. It was a blessing to find a doctors office like this I'm excited for my next visit.
