“Very positive experience today. Respectful, gentle and very knowledgeable team. I'm looking forward to continuing care with them. First time in a while that I was treated like a real person. Thanks so much. A follow up: four months, 3 procedures, both doctors and only temporary relief. Finally I was seen at a follow up by a PA I had not met. She informed me that I was 72, my back is in bad shape and they can't help me anymore. It's the first time I've ever been rejected by a medical practice and I didn't even see a doctor in the end! Medicine is the only service that demands payment even when the treatment fails. Draw your own conclusion.”

“Recommend Dr. Arora and this practice to all needing pain management care. You will be in the best expert, kind, and compassionate hands working with this practice and I am so grateful for being able to be their patient!! Recently had first lumbar sympathetic nerve block injection with Dr. Arora and was so nervous beforehand but he and his staff talked me through it with kindness and patience. I cried tears of joy at the relief this injection gave me! Highly recommend!!!”

“My first visit was 6 weeks ago. I have had back pain and leg pain off and on for 6 years which affected my leg all the way down to my ankle. In the past six years I had visited three other pain clinics in town and this was my last stop. When asked my level of pain it was 7.5.Sitting for more than 5 minutes was extremely uncomfortable in any chair including car seats. Driving, aggravated the pain immensely. Since I didn't have a current MRI, the staff sent me immediately for a current one. At my follow-up visit for the MRI, I was told that I have a thicken ligament at L4/L5. The staff showed me my MRI in detail taking time to explain what they were showing me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a procedure that would alleviate my pain. I was handed a brochure for a procedure called the M.I.L.D procedure. The staff explain this procedure to me and advised me to research it as well. I found what they explained to me was correct and it is a minimally invasive procedure. I accepted the surgery and it was done in a very timely manner. Three days after the surgery, I am pain free in my back and leg and I couldn't be more happy. The staff at the clinic are truly dedicated to helping people reduce their pain as much as possible with today's technology. I hope I don't need to visit this clinic again but it is very comforting to know that if I have any body pain in the future I have a clinic that offers me tried and true options with expertise. Thank you to all the clinical staff for your professionalism, expertise and above all caring enough not to rush me out the door and explain worth while options.”
