“I suffer from some pretty severe chronic pain. I have multiple cervical fusions and a hip replacement. I had to wait weeks to get in. Showed up 20 minutes early and the receptionist told me I had to reschedule because I didn't have my paperwork done. Rudest clinic I've ever been to. They didn't even wait for me to approach the counter before telling me they would be right with me. I know pain clinics are used to dealing with some pretty unsavory characters. I'm a fifty-year-old professional that needed help. Thankfully this is not my only experience with Knox community hospital.”

It's super fantastic not to have to feel that pain after the medicine kicks in!!! They also take their time and listen to you. When it came to the nerve blocks I was pretty nervous and they are very caring and helped me with that too.”
