Patient Testimonials

I went to Center to receive back care. And with I having fake positive test. I explained my situation to the doctor. They assured me they would work with me. If had a positive test. But first thing they did when had a positive test. Was of course no see me again. I hate the stigma that people get when there's a positive test. And you are not doing given any choice. Like they said they would.

First visit, I seen a doctor, Dr.Hom He was a nice professional guy next appointment. He set me up with a nurse practitioner. It was OK. She seemed nice. Next appointment. I went for a tens unit and the gentleman helping me was nice. He went into the hallway to get a back brace for me to try and I heard the nurse practitioner talking snotty about me trying a back brace so I stopped seeing her and went and started seeing another nurse practitioner who has been great

I've been with this pain clinic for several years, oh man where do l even start. I am convinced the type of patient that is successful one is those who do not question providers. Shortly after meeting Rutledge I asked him about injections and how they could help - his response was aggravated I went to school for so many years you don't trust me? He gets very aggravated at simple questions. He has an ego that is out of this world, very much thinks he's like a god and shouldn't be in control of how much quality of life a patient is getting. He's a heavy medical device pusher - and for good financial gain look him up on open payments government website you can see how much he's been paid by medical device companies. One of my recent visits while in the waiting room I overheard the front desk loudly talking about another patient. She was wanting her pain pump removed and begging them - instead they are claiming she is crazy and discharging her as a partner. This poor lady - imagine what they say in private! They also cannot keep a NP on staff to save their life, soon as they hire one and get their name put on the door they quit - and most do not have experience working in PM. They refused to increase my dose for a major surgery which is honestly barbaric and NP said oh MD won't increase unless they have been in a car accident quite honestly crazy work here.

I come from Greenwood Pain Management and my guy was Brian Bear so it was nice seeing he was going to be part of this new practice. Before I could see him again I meet with Ashley, Tolbert and the experience was amazing, because not only did she give me some new Migraine medicine to try , but on my second visit I was telling her how bad off my shoulder was and I get a steroid injection every few months. I was like it's been awhile and this shoulder is hurting pretty bad and she's like we can take care that right now, yeah we can inject it now if you like , ok sounds good .So from Ashley to today it's all been great and now I see Brian and he's just awesome. I also wanted to say the staff is equally great, because not only have I seen them go above and beyond, but just being kind even when you got some people who are not so kind .
