“The dr. is so good. He is truly compassionate, so caring. He ACTUALLY listens to you; he will give you his opinion but doesnt force anything on you. You can ask him any questions and he will listen. There is a nurse in with you also and the entire staff is so nice to work with. I recommend this clinic if you have legitimate reasons for pain and need help. You will need a referral if you are a new patient.”

“The doctor is very fine - helps keep my migraines under control with non-opoiod solutions. The office staff could use some training, though. They charged me double for my copay, and when I called today to see what the deal is, they said it's for an old copay. Fine... I don't recall missing any copays, but I can chek that. My biggest issue is that they told me it would be my normal $45 copay, and then charged me $90 without saying anything else. When I called, the woman who answered the phone said "I'm the one who helped you, and I told you it would be..." Except she's not the person I dealt with that day, so the phone lady certainly didn't tell me anything. She put me on hold, came back, and said the other lady told me, too. I said we'd have to agree to disagree, but they should please be careful to state the full amount. She got really defensive and raised her voice and stuff. Generally not a pleasant experience at all.”
