Patient Reviews

Patient Testimonials

I have been a patient here for years. Do yourself a favor and go to Hamot or anywhere else. This office is understaffed and it's patients under-served. In my case they continue to string me along with the hope of pain relief but, it is either fleeting or it never comes. Stay away!

I have been going to St. Vincent's Pain Management since 2014, and I have found the doctors so understanding and caring. My doctor has answered my questions more thoroughly than the neurosurgeons themselves! I would highly recommend St. Vincent's Pain Management far and above any other facility. Sheri Coletta is the very best, and I am extremely lucky to have her as my provider.

It was so much better when Dr Feno Monaco was there he actually listened to his patients he has empathy and now that he has left and I'm pretty sure most of their business will too. very hard to make contact with anyone and by the time they get back to you they still don't help ...very disappointed in what this place is becoming

Dr Bingham is excellent and takes his time with you. I've never received prejudgment from him regarding my chronic pain issues. I've had two procedures by him and he has been patient and calm throughout both. His staff is mostly responsive, but at times they may be overworked. The last time I was there I had quite a wait, but I didn't mind because I knew he was taking care of patients and not goofing off. If you are working and time is an issue, I recommend getting an early am appointment. For those unable to work, just take a good book. I've seen him several times and only remember one appointment that ran late. I just want to give others a few tips if there is a wait. Conversely, you'll not feel rushed when he sees you. He'll be totally focused on you.
