“My experience with The Center for Pain Control thus far is exceptional.Dr.Bundy along with his nursing staff truly care about you as a person not just a patient. They keep you well informed of your situation and how they can help you and proceeded to do it with dignity and respect. They really did help me rid my pain in my lower back and continue to treat me professionally and promptly. Dr. Bundy's knowledge, empathy, personality, attention to your needs, and treating you with dignity& respect are PARAMOUNT.He is quite an amazing doctor. I would have given this practice 5 stars however office staff "Sonji" is very unwelcoming, rude, arrogant, and conveys a very negative attitude when no other staff is around. It is very clear that she don't want to be there. This makes me very uncomfortable and when I'm finished dealing with her I feel like I never want to go back. We patients are not beneath anybody. We are going through enough pain and agony and don't need to deal with an attitude like that anywhere especially a pain control center. In closing, I have the utmost respect for everyone that I have encountered there as they really have helped me getting relief from my excruciating back pain that I consistently experience. As far as a receptionist that is miserable, that is on her and eventually it will catch up with her.”

“My doctor sent me here for an epidural injection for a ruptured disc in my spine. I was so afraid of getting a shot because I've had some not-very-pleasant medical experiences in the past, but there was absolutely no reason to be (as April patiently explained, thank you!) Everyone is so friendly! They are all very highly trained, and it shows the whole time. Dr. Bundy is very kind and funny and he put me at ease immediately with a dad joke, and I could see that his eyes and face (behind the mask) were smiling. Everyone focuses on you and your needs, and you aren't rushed through prep or recovery, which is important. They really treat you very well!
