“I went here for an SI injection in my lower back, they urine tested me for some reason and then scheduled my appt a week later. I received a call the day before my injection and they accused me of watering down or adding something to my urine sample--now I don't know what one would gain by doing that. I offered to come back and give another sample but they told me NO! and the were cutting me lose.Regardless I did not do this and as I am in the middle of a lawsuit this slanders my reputation. I would not recommend this Dr's office, as I have to question the quality of his staff.”
