Patient Testimonials
“I been going to this place for a few months now They are very nice in the office and the doctor is very helpful and understanding. He's also good at what he's doing. The only thing I don't like is that they don't answer the phone or text messages. Or call back. That's the only let down.”

“Always a great experience here. Everyone at every aspect of my visits are professional and personable. This is very important for me specifically because I need to see them regularly. Literally every person has been helpful. Not only do I trust them but I also like them and look forward to my appointment. Which, in my experience, is rare.”

“I've been living & coping with chronic pain for 26+ years, ever since the day I had a tragic "slip & slam" at work, in 1997. The injuries I sustained, during that unexpected fall, forever changed our lives as I gradually got worse over time, until I was in danger of becoming paralyzed from my neck down. See, I was pregnant with my youngest son when I fell and we were rushed to the ER/ED immediately afterwards because I went into premature labor. I couldn't get X-rays, have any tests done, or go to PT because I was pregnant. The nurses/ doctors told me to wait until 9 months after I gave birth, to allow my body to go back into its rightful place. By 2002, I had emergency surgery/ spinal fusion on my neck, they found my c5-c6 disc had actually ruptured & lodged in my spinal cord, so I became disabled by the time I was 33. Since then, I've seen many doctors, had endless tests & blood work done, been on meds, had procedure, gone to PT, ETC you name it... BUT none of the doctors I've seen really listened to me. I always felt like I was "just another patient" to call into their patient room, while they write out my scripts, and then leave..... That was until I started going to CIP&S in 2019! They listen to you, they answer your questions without rushing you along or out the door, they really care & give you the undivided attention you need to discuss your issues. Not only that but they're extremely organized on how they run their practice. You don't have to wait 7 hrs, pacing in the waiting room, to see your doctor- like one practice I went to for years! On my very 1st/ consult appt, at CIP&S, I learned more about my condition and how they wanted to treat me, to help lesson my pain and deal with my problems areas directly, then all the years with other doctors added together. I cried, I literally cried in front of my new doctor(s) when they were explaining everything to me in detail, things I didn't know- that I should have known, and... I didn't even have to ask them first. I adore all the doctors, PA's, receptionists, etc that I've met so far- from the Silverside Office and the Pike Creek Office. Some procedures are done right there and the premise, which is nice too. You can meet each member of their "team" on their website and find out a little about each person and where they earned their degrees, which is always helpful too. They actually shut down from noon til 1 pm every day, so all personal can enjoy their lunch together or go out, and take a well needed break. I have never seen this, at any doctor's office before, and I think that's awesome management to have. They also have a answering system for all live "chats" or calls but everything is done by text. Once you are connected to the area you requested from #1-10, the live chat operator will come on and you'll proceed with texting, to chat about whatever you need to ask or tell. I especially like this because you can always refer back to what was said in your communication, and chat without having to write it all out quickly or have to constantly repeat yourself in the process- like when you are talking on the phone. So yeah, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I've never been happier to go to my monthly appts... No more waiting forever to be seen- for less than 5 minutes with your doctor- and they take all your concerns seriously! If they're accepting new patients and you are dissatisfied with your current pain management doctor &/or treatment... then text "HELLO" to make your "new patient" appointment today. You will not be disappointed... I found the perfect doctor's office that has doctor's who really care about you and your well-being. God speed my friend... ~Debbi~”

“I have been service by this office for several years. Deb who works the front desk and very proficient. Very pleasant and helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist patients. I had the pleasure of meeting Koji a medical assistant with the best bedside manners ever. He is patient, precise and very thorough. His customer service is excellent. This practice offers a group of MD, PA & NP that specialize in pain management. Dr. Duffy, Dr. Stern & Chris are the best just to mention couple. Overall I am very satisfied with services.”
