“I had an appointment today scheduled with Dr. Justin Winas. When Dr. Philip S. Kim interduced his self I knew it was not the doctor I picked. I said my appointment is scheduled with Dr. Justin with an attitude he said I'm the doctor you're going to see today. I said I would like to see the doctor I was scheduled with because I picked him for a reason. Because of his credentials. He told me he's the Chief Executive. He will be seeing me today and decide who I will be seeing after that. I explained that's not for him to decide and my appointment was not scheduled with him. He spoke to me with an attitude, demeaning and disparaging way. I understand that everybody is going through something. But I had ask if he would like to leave the room and come back. If he's frustrated he could to. I was giving him the opportunity to regroup because there was nothing professional about the way he was talking to me. He is the owner of this facility, and I would recommend this place to anybody for numerous reasons. I did not get any medical advice and I left. Before my appointment I did not have good communication with their answer service. I did speak to someone else and they said that my paperwork would be sent out to my home. I still never received the paperwork before my appointment. When I came into the office. I spoke with a front desk, I was having problems with the answering service and I had requested to speak with the billing department and never received a call back. The front desk lady told me that the billing department doesn't have a phone number, only an email. I was given passive-aggre ssive deflecting answers and had a attitude,even told me that it is just an answering service. I was asking for a number to receive better communication if there answering service cannot do that. She also let me know that there was no message in the system saying I called for billing.
