Patient Testimonials

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Winas and Meghan since his motorcycle accident in 2017. They are great and truly care about a person's entire well being, not just the pain. We have seen front office staff come and go, and everyone has been friendly and professional until this past year. The heavy caucasian woman (receptionist) is a complete racist. I have witnessed her be welcoming to everyone that looks like her, and have a complete attitude when assisting my husband. She goes out of the way to make his intake difficult, even though he has been coming to the office longer than she's been employed. She has unnecessarily rescheduled his appointments and delayed his medication paperwork. I really with the Ft Washington office would hire a new professional that can be courteous to everyone!

Dr Winas has been helping me with my never ending Spinal Cord pain in my C-spine, T-spine, Lumbar Spine, Broken R Arm, and Headaches due to a bad concussion. I have been seeing him for over 9 years now. He's my favorite Doctor. Very Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He has given me lots of Spinal Injections and has never hit a nerve! He is very qualified and a kind empathetic Doctor/Human being! I highly recommend him if you suffer from any tupe od pain.

I've been being treated by this facility, every since the gov't changed the law that your primary doctor can't write narcotic prescriptions. I went from paying $30/month to paying $125/month. I paid this change for over 3 years and a couple of times having to post date a check to keep up with the increase. I went to my scheduled appointment today to be told that we've changed our policy and no longer except post dated checks. The check was post dated for 48 hours. When I got upset about being denied service I was told that my being upset was abusive! But the fact of the matter is that if your going to change your policy then each of your clients should be notified. Not embarrassed at your office window and denied medical care. If they cared just a little about their clients and notified folks whenever they decide to change operations, things like this wouldn't happen. The doctors here are very nice but I can't say the same about the facility.

Dr. Winas is an amazing provider. Caring, patient, listens to your needs. I drive a considerable distance to see him and would choose to drive even further if I had to!
