What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“While I was a patient there it was impossible to get prior authorizations from the staff. My doctors were great. But when support staff won't follow through, there is an issue. I spoke with both of my doctors numerous times about my use of medical marijuana, but not one time did they list it in my chart. Now I've moved to a state where it is illegal and they have cut off my medication because I can't get any assistance from the office staff in having my doctor there, send my new doctor a letter that I was authorized to use MM. It's not right that I now get to suffer because people don't want to do their job.”
— Tracey Johnston
“This is probably the worst Dr's office that I've ever been to. First of all, when I was checking in the receptionist gave me an attitude because I didn't have the new patient paperwork with me. I told her that I didn't have access to a printer which is why I was there 20 minutes early like I was told when I scheduled my appointment. She then proceeded to give me my paperwork along with a cup to do a urine test. I was cool with that, but was not given any direction on where to go or what to do with it. Then when I was finally able to see the dr, she came in and handed me my MRI disc's and said, I couldn't look at those because my laptop wasn't working. She never once asked me about my back injury. Never did any kind of examination or anything Never asked how it happened, what kind of issues I'm having or anything. She just wanted to schedule me for an injection. I will definitely not recommend this place.”

“Well, I have to say my back got reasonably better after some shots - However I've have spent more time resolving billing issues and applied payments than I ever did at the doc. This causing more anxiety and anger than I needed while still recovering - just got my latest bill today - haven't seen the doc in 10 months. This was NOT an insurance issue - just their own internal billing - never do what they say, misapply payments and so on. So in short - I'm never going back. 1/3/2017 Update - and the bills continue and have been sent to collections - about 35 bucks - they have no clue - go ANYWHERE else you can!”
— Michael R
“The doctors at this practice are the best at what they do. If you are TRULY in severe pain they will get you what you need without jumping through a bunch of hoops. The office staff is nice, friendly and very professional. Do not bother going here if you are a doctor shopper or a junkie. They are legitimate doctors who treat legitimate patients.”
