“If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dr. Catherine Yee was the worst. Meet with Dr. Yee on Sept. 30th, after a week of not hearing anything, we reached out to the office, they told us that they are still waiting on her to finish and sign off on her chart notes to be able to submit it to insurance. Called back every other day for the next 30 days. Still Waiting. Each time we called, they are still waiting. Letti the office supervisor said she would call me on several occasions, but never did to verify this was done, said she would message Dr. Yee to get this done urgently which I dont think ever happened. Finally after 30 days, of no chart notes. Which by the way, should only ever take 24-48 hrs to complete. I showed up at the office, all of a sudden everyone was to busy to meet. As soon as I leave magically another meeting with Dr. Yee was scheduled. I went to the Admin office to complain, and again magically 24 hrs later the chart notes were complete. It took her over 30 days to complete her chart notes. No excuse, no explanation, no justification was given, just a statement, the notes are done. As the medical director for this office, she sets the precedence for the office, and if she can't be held accountable, no one can. Dr. Yee purposefully delayed treatment and that is MEDICAL NEGLECT!”
