Patient Testimonials
“Great medical facility and a beautiful newly remodeled building. Kris is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone she ACTUALLY asks the right questions and DOES NOT miss. Definitely recommend this facility.”

“Our family loves Castle Rock. We have seen a number of providers, all of which have taken great care of all of our family members. We recently did the health fair testing on an early Saturday morning. All of the staff was so kind and welcoming, but especially Jessica who checked us in. She helped us get follow-up appointments scheduled and was so kind to our little one.”

“Be careful with billing from this clinic. I've never been seen there, but my Dr in Rock Springs needed a crucial blood draw to monitor potentially fatal potassium levels after discharge with a serum from Sweetwater Memorial. I had an Ambulance bill from years previous with Castle Rock that was discharged after bankruptcy. When I went in, they explained that I had to talk to billing first, I explained the situation and they said that I could pay cash, bill it to my insurance for reimbursement, then they could do it and they needed the bankruptcy discharge paperwork. I obviously didn't go for that. Instead I called my attorney who informed me that refusal of medical services after a legal discharge of bankruptcy was illegal. The billing agent thought that maybe it was the collection agency that didn't inform them but my attorney forwarded me a 13 page file of it's entirety which I forwarded to Castle Rock. My attorney will follow up to make sure the debt has been removed and go from there. I am now heading to Sweetwater to have it drawn there, as I will have to continue to do as I can't count on using a clinic in Green River. *Update 02/26/25* A week later I called to confirm my balance being removed and spoke to an individual with who seems to be in charge of billing named Carolyn. Never have I been treated like such a deadbeat in the medical community like she did today. I had just confirmed that the collection agency holding the debt had received my bankruptcy discharge and now held a zero balance. She seemed to take it personally that indeed I do now have a zero balance. She didn't want to receive the reference information that I had received from the agency (CCI whom is listed with the court) and instead told me that any future services would need to be paid in full before services, even with insurance. I asked, (after explaining this happened after I had almost died, lifeflighted to Salt Lake that incurred half a million dollars of debt that forced us into bankruptcy) if that was anyone else who walked in with good insurance and a copay. She replied, "That is anyone who doesn't pay their bills, it's policy." Wow, I was floored. There's creditors who I owed a lot more to, but Castle Rock (Carolyn) is the only one who not only wanted to contest an already legally discharged bankruptcy, but treated me with such distain. She had an entire week to verify this with the collection agency that THEY contracted, yet she failed to to do so. It seems that professionalism, respect and due diligence are not her strong suits, just my opinion. She treated me like I was irresponsible or reckless with credit rather than a medical client. I think in collecting debts she forgot that the frontline of their business is medicine. I don't believe that she speaks for everyone there, but based on the response from the owner, that seems to be the consensus. I was told to "Be careful making false statements" when it turns out it wasn't a false statement at all. Thank goodness the collection agency (CCI) knew what was happening and acted in accordance with the law. Do better Castle Rock, how embarrassing. Final Update 3/12/25 Unfortunately, that was not the end. On 3/10/25 I received a collection letter from an agency for a partial bill from Castle Rock that hadn't been sent to collection. The service was from back in December 2023, but was referred to them by Castle Rock (Carolyn) on 2/20/25. If you've read earlier statements on this post, then you know that I sent the full bankruptcy schedule to Carolyn on 2/19/25, then she said she needed a signed copy from the judge which I hand delivered to her office that same day. So, yes, a full day after she received the entirety of the bankruptcy, she found one last one bill that wasn't with any collection agency and referred it to a different one attempting to collect on it with full knowledge and proof of the bankruptcy discharge. Why would she do that? I don't know, it's illegal. My attorney called her this morning and she insist now I owe nothing to them or any agency. Shame on you, why?”

“I love the doctors I have had here, but when I took my newborn in to do her two week test (where the draw blood from the heel of the foot) the two lab nurses seemed a little immature. One said she "enjoyed " poking babies heels with needles and squeezing the blood out?? And somehow she ended up messing up the first time and had to redo the test with the other foot. My baby is already traumatized from the hospital doing blood sugar test with her feet and I'm highly unhappy with how those ladies conducted themselves. This happened around 1pm 12/16/24. I just don't get why someone would love hurting babies and I don't appreciate her stabbing my daughter twice, how can I be for sure she actually messed up if she says she likes to do it?”
