“Will never understand the point of the Hippocratic oath! Cassie is just another doc in a long line of doctors who fail miserably, as exemplified in her lack of genuine "give a crap" attitude to the employment of rude associates. They are horrendous at return calls and / or appnts / follow ups. When asked why no return call after multiple messages to schedule a follow up appnt, I was told that this Karen was just too busy and a rude apology! Simple key, if the receptionist and Appnt desk emplyees are beyond rude then so is the doctor! Remember the staff takes on the personality of the doctor! The doctor works for YOU! YOU are the customer , period! It would benefit her and many others if they would keep this in mind! while she may be easy on the eyes, her attitude is beyond ugly and cold! Hope this helps and hopefully this harsh but true feedback will resonate IF she actually cares enough to read her own reviews, unlikely but maybe!”
