“I have yet to see anyone at Casper Orthopedics in Casper. However, I received an email announcing that a cancellation would be a charge if it was done within 24 hrs of the appointment. That is fine and good, however, 15 hrs before the appointment i receved a text telling me that my insurance may not be accepted. I called to ask about the copay, and other money matters. I was told I had to use my phone to fill out a half hour of information and then i would know. I dont use my phone to do those things. I was told if I cancel then i have to pay the cancellation fee. If I wait. I may have to pay a big copay. I dont have the 20$ to pay them. I told her I was cancelling because they did not inform me of the finachial part until a short time before the appointment. I was unhappy and did raise my voice. There was no understanding or lets see what we can do. Hope the place goes bankrupt but it wont, because the mindset of ths nation and the medcal field is all about the meds that can put you on to mantain your dependance on them and not actually healing.”
