What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I'm honestly shocked that this urgent care allows their receptionist to treat patients the way she does. Every single time I come in, she is rude, dismissive, and has an attitude like it physically pains her to do her job. I'm already not feeling well when I walk in the last thing I need is someone acting like I'm bothering them by simply checking in. This isn't a one-time issue. It happens every visit, which tells me this clinic either doesn't notice or doesn't care about how their front desk represents them. It's incredibly unprofessional and makes the entire place feel hostile the moment you walk through the door. If management actually cares about patient experience, they seriously need to address the behavior at the front desk, because she is single-handedly driving people away.”

“Avoid at all costs. This is a clinic that push injections on everyone even when it is or actually working and offering any type of relief, and they do not take anyone serious when it comes to pain. It's very sad to see what the doctors and health industry did to destroy the health field. The doctor here only spent a fraction of time with me, and came up with some "common back pain diagnosis." This past year my health has completely deteriorated, and I've tried every conservative treatment on the books. Now that I got actual help from legit doctors who actually care about your well being from the Cleveland Clinic, I was diagnosed with major herniated discs that I am now having surgery on to help resolve. So, instead of the specialists, including this one trying to actually get to the bottom of it, they just want to push injections that make their business, so much money even when the patient including me has not received no relief whatsoever . I wish a "pain specialist" out of all the specialist would actually work with a patient on maintaining and treating pain , not just what makes them the most money possible through your health insurance company . Such a sad thing to see the health industry go down the drain and this clinic is a prime example. They will immediately label you as a "drug seeker" once you've exhausted all other methods and ask for any type of relief, and then will refuse to help. I've never felt so mistreated in such a fashion and the to have prolong suffering endured when just a little bit more of effort /research could have helped figured out what was going on months and months ago. This place is an absolute disgrace and makes me sick I ever even came to them for help. Staff and nurses are awesome but the doctor is incompetent can barely speak clear English making it hard to actually understand and communicate needs, and only looks out for what fills his pocket book at the end of the day. Beware is all I have to say if you're actually seeking someone who is willing to work with you on treating your pain and getting you on the road to recovery . Best of luck onto all on your journey . God bless”

“So far he's addressed all my concerns and come with the same conclusion as the prior PCP that I had although there was no relief in pain management. There was no plan for pain management After recognizing the side effects to the medicine was causing me to have episodes we stopped the injections. There was never really any plan of pain relief after that. I stay till this day staying with a pain in my back now been two months I was referred to surgery still haven't heard anything from his office or referred me to so as far as any real pain, relief or concerned about my pain, nothing but his PA was amazing. She sat with me. She listened. She tried to help me get some type of pain relief but he said no, so that's why I'm giving four star was for his PA in for the Office staff kindness respectfulness to me. I wasn't there just for pain relief I was there to find out the next plan of option because pain medication isn't always the answer, but I feel that surgery is an answer so I'm thankful that he heard me on that as well.”

“I had some difficulty at first, but once I got to know the team and Dr. Bhimalli it was much better. They are very caring, listen to my concerns and treat my pain. I still have pain, but its more manageable with treatments and meds. Dr Bhimalli is hard to understand sometimes, but staff help and if you let him know he explains. Thanks team for your help!”
