Patient Testimonials

I'd like to start off by explaining this rating has nothing to do with the providers. Dr Kapural is a phenomenal doctor. He truly listened to me during my exam, discussed medications, educated, and reassured me he would help alleviate my pain. He also performed my spinal injection flawlessly. I felt no pain during it and saw results very quickly. I am completely disappointed with the office staff and their "policies". I have been blocked from getting through their phone several times, asked for calls back and never received them, and have gotten no assistance during a time when I desperately needed it. An outstanding bill, which has been paid by an attorney, is what is holding up my ability to schedule an apt. The attorney offered to call the office to confirm the payment was in the mail so that I could schedule a much needed apt due to a severe flare up of pain that is compromising sensation and the ability for me to lay down, sit and walk. After begging for an exception, explaining that I've been to urgent care twice and the emergency room in the matter of a week and half, the manager clearly picked up and hung up the phone when I was transferred to speak directly to him. I work in healthcare and I'm very aware that the term "policy" is just a guideline that we try to stick to, in order to maintain some order, however NOTHING in healthcare is black and white. There are ALWAYS exceptions, and it's based on the situation and how much the staff cares. There is clearly a lack of care from the office staff. I would absolutely not come back to this office if it wasn't for Dr K. It has been an absolute nightmare communicating with this office. So beware.

My primary DR had me on Norco 10-325 every 6hrs. I was able to work, spend time with family and friends. Dr Deering changed my meds to1 every 8hrs. Sense the change I have lost 2 jobs, because I can't function. My family & friends can't stand to be around me! I'm 72 years old, what is the reason for changing something that has worked for me for 7 years? I have been through 3 Dr. Since starting there. Not one has done what they say their going to do. I,ve called left messages to please return my call because they failed to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. They refuse to return the calls and still haven't contacted the pharmacy.

Used to be a good place not so good anymore wouldn't recommend this place If your truely in pain and need your medicine because if you trust your Dr. To call it in you will wait for days to go by without it he never calls it in on time leaving you in pain!

I have been a patient with Carolina pain clinic for over a decade supposed to had a procedure done. They called me two days before the procedure stating that they have to reschedule. I said OK reschedule my procedure for the following week then the following week happened. Call me again to reschedule my appointment on a Sunday morning by this time, I have been frustrated dealing with pain morning and night. I've been to the ER because of the pain I The pain has gotten unbearable . The last time I had to reschedule my procedure to the pain center off of Mallard Creek. Got to the doctor office or Mis. Howard we rescheduled your appointment at 3:15 I said no because the nurse called on Sunday stated my appointment was at 3:45. No a call or text This is very unprofessional for a doctor office to constantly do this to a patient that was with them for over a decade Dealing with chronic pain
