The sad part is he didn't even have my medical records to see what was going on with me and still treated me very badly he was saying things I feel like you should never say to a patient so believe me when I say do whatever you got to do to not see this doctor. Try any other pain clinic cuz once you leave this one you will feel like trash.”

“I will never tell anyone about them. I have been in pain and my PCP sent me here today. I went in pain and left in pain. Worst Dr ever. Please avoid this place at all cost. They wanna send me to PT and do MRI not caring about the financial burden they are putting on people. I explain I have limited to little income. It's hard enough dealing with pain. And I went in pain but I return home still in pain and upset. This is the worst place to go unless you are rich.”

“5 herniated disc's and provided zero pain relief, sent me to the surgeon, need surgery, still no pain relief. All they want to offer is a needle (that didn't help) and gabapentin. Not everyone is an addict and pill seeking. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Definitely just another number to them, didn't treat me as a person at all.”

“If I could give zero stars I would! Dr. Patel is a joke. As a working professional having to travel and sit in long meetings daily the pain is unbearable some days. On a daily basis I am in constant pain. I was working with Dr. Patel to have procedures done to alleviate said pain. My Insurance had to a couple of placebo procedures in order to be covered. After going process (which had to be spaced out 6-8 weeks) I was to receive a total of 3 injections from Dr. Patel. I had two out of the three injections performed by Dr. Patel. The office staff rudely and unprofessionally informed me I didn't reschedule ONE appointment with enough notice (which was a mistake on my end)I so I was being dropped as a patient! I had only one procedure left to relieve pain. I wasn't given a warning. I wasn't told that I had missed any other appointments and to be mindful that this could happen. Dr. Patel, the office staff not one person said a word to me until they dropped me for missing that appointment. Unless you want to be treated like a number or dollar sign I would not see Patel! What doctor that truly wants to treat you as a human being would do that with one procedure remaining. I am a professional. I travel for business and I didn't reschedule one appointment with enough notice which was an honest mistake. It felt degrading to be dropped as a patient with only one procedure left to relieve any kind of pain. What doctor that truly wants to treat you as a person not as a $ for insurance would do that. I have children I want to play with and not have to keep telling my little kids sorry my back is hurting. I needed to get some relief. I was praying that these would help to have one left after going through the placebo and insurance approving it and getting two procedures done by this doctor. I had one left and because I had a work trip come up last minute and was not able to give 24 hours notice I was dropped from their practice. Blessing in disguise perhaps as that is not a doctor I want treating me. I want a doctor that treats me as a person not as a number on a piece of paper. Never go to Dr. Patel unless you want to be discarded and thrown away like trash and that you don't matter .”
