“I went to this place with hope. I have been dealing with a bad left shoulder for about 3 years. First visit Dr, looked at me, did an evaluation and said I needed stem cells and Suprascapular nerve ablation. The first nerve ablation was scheduled with a completely different DR that did not examine me. I cancelled. I went ahead with the stem cells and was told it would make a significant difference. It did not and I am out $3600. Well the nerve ablation, I was told it could not hurt to do. Man do I regret letting them do this to me. I am worse off now, than the first time I went into this place. All my other Doctors are telling me, I need to reach out to them and hold them accountable. The problem is they will not return your calls and got referred out of their practice for holding them accountable. Never once raised my voice just asked good questions that they did not want to answer. I went to a sports medicine shoulder specialist, he went over my MRI with me, said he does not think it is the shoulder and showed me the imagery and explained why, then offered a cortisone injection just for diagnostic purposes. To rule out. shoulder or neck. He thinks it is coming from c5 - c7 and referred me to a neck specialist. Why was this not done at this place? Why did they not go over the imagery with me? Why did they not do further imagery to rule out the neck or shoulder? They were just wanting to throw something at the wall and hopefully it would stick. Man, thanks so much for making my pain and symptoms worse. Great job! Avoid this place at all costs.”

“Everyone there is a great help and so sweet. The doctors are excellent. But the blonde haired lady at the front desk is rude and she does not grasp the understanding of hospitality or kindness. Her attitude is not in alignment with everyone else in the office.”

“This is the worst place I have ever attended to. I was sent here due to a car accident. The doctor was nice. I was promised to get my prescription refilled. She told me she would send it to me. It's been over two weeks ,every time I called it's another excuse another problem. They will not help you out. The lady at the front desk must not know what she's doing. It's a waste of time to even go here. I will find another place to go. Do not waste your time here.”

“This is hands down the most terrible ridiculous medical facility I ever went to. Had an appointment for a lousy cortisone shot. They treat you like you're a druggie. I am a senior that has never taken any illegal drugs or misused any prescriptions. The paperwork is 11 pages with many many questions and statements pertaining to taking and abusing drugs. I even took my scripts that were filled months ago to show them I rarely ever take them because my digestive system doesn't tolerate most pills. They gave me a cup for a URINE TEST!!! Remember, for a CORTISONE SHOT ONLY!!! I was angry but submitted because I was in pain and in need of my shot. After that I was informed by the medical assistant that I would NOT be getting my shot, this was just an appointment for new patient procedures! I drove, literally 1 hour for this! They knew on the phone what my appointment was for and never informed me that I would not get the shot that day! As I left I announced I would never come back there and the flip, unprofessional assistant said" that's ok, we have lots of patients". As I left I asked at the front desk to see someone higher up and no one would come out and that it wouldn't do me any good because there's no injection doctor on Mondays!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I would like to thank them for having to go on vacation in pain!”
