“So tried several times to get ahold of Nicki so I could take my urine/blood test in advance of my visit and never got a call back. Been waiting along time to see dr and get my pain meds refilled. They said o had to use their labs and I offered to go somewhere else and have it sent there but the girl wouldn't let me. And I supposedly can't use anyone else nor can I start my meds with them till another month I've been taking medicine that's at least 20 yrs or older that I had on a box ( just moved here) and it's not working well but at least I'm not experiencing withdrawals!! If I didn't have it then most assuredly I would!! Not sure who I saw but he was a bald man. Do they not care if you experience withdrawals??? I've been on morphine and norco for over 25 yrs because of my neck and low back and I'm in terrible pain. Which I told the girl and she said we don't give meds till at least 2nd visit with your urine coming back. That's fine but I would gladly take any tests asap anywhere you say and pay extra to have it rushed plus I'd like to get back in before a month which I was told was impossible !! I'm not understanding how you can let people go without meds for so long, especially ones like myself. Wow would hate to drive to Cincinnati every month but may have to”
