“I had to wait months before I was seen and it was in March I finally was seen in Camden even though I live in Sumter. People in the waiting room said they just want to give medication, and one man said he drove from Florence to be seen. At worker came in and wanted to give me braces for my knees and I said no. When the Doctor came in I told him up front I didn't want medication as I'm allergic to most pain meds. He said he wanted an MRI done on my back and could inject Gelsyn into my knees as I'm bone on bone. They said I needed to call my insurance to see if it was covered which it is and that the office needs to call and get an authorization. The next day I went into the Sumter office per their request and gave them the number to call for authorization for the MRI and the Gelsyn. Well the prescription has been sitting at the pharmacy since June 5 but I have not received one phone call from there office. They sent the prescription in without authorization. These people have to many patients to take care of or they don't know how to do their job. Stay away from them as it's a very big headache and not worth the time due to the fact you never get them to answer the phone or find a parking space because they must book everyone at one time. I would give them no stars if I could.”
